Aid / Floater
Education/Training: High School Diploma, GED.
Minimum Experience: Six months in early care and education setting or meet state regulations to supervise a group of children alone (Required).
In-Service Training: 20 Hrs. (Health & Safety regulations and procedures Center Guidelines and Policies Parent/Staff Interactions).
Skills/Personal Attributes: Supervise and interact with children Desire to help children Responsible, Dependable, Compassionate, Positive Attitude, Assisting a classroom Teacher or Lead Teacher with the general supervision, emotional & physically healthy*.
Essential Knowledge: Team Player, Assisting with lesson plan, Professionalism, Planning a safe and healthy environment, Basic understanding of the environmental rating scales, Licensing compliance and local regulations.
