Education/Training: High School Diploma, GED, In-Service Training: 20 Hrs. (Health & Safety regulations and procedures Center Guidelines and Policies Parent/Staff Interactions).
Skills/Personal Attributes: Supervise and interact with children Desire to help children Responsible, Dependable, Compassionate, Positive Attitude, Assisting a classroom Teacher or Lead Teacher with the general supervision, Emotionally & Physically Healthy*

Essential Knowledge: Responsible for transporting children and maintaining their safety. Establish routes and procedures with the Center Director. Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and serviced. Maintain a safe and violation-free driving record. Mechanical aptitude to ensure safe operation of vehicle. Team Player, Assisting with classroom, Professionalism, Planning a safe and healthy environment, Basic understanding of the environmental rating scales, Licensing compliance and local regulations.
